Dumbbell Class

This class began after hearing folks say how much they love the dumbbell components in our BarreAbove or Tabata GX classes.

These classes are just under 30 minutes long. We do a warm-up, workout, and cool-down.

Generally we do either a full body workout, or break down muscle groups to 1. Chest & Triceps, 2. Back & Biceps, and 3. Legs
