Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday you can join us live over on the Facebook group at 6am to start your day with a yoga class
Classes are are around 25 minutes long.
There will be at least 3 recordings here at all times as we get into summer. Each week I will up date the classes offered.
Classes tend to flow but can range from gentle to power. If you know you are attending live and are a beginner yogi or have any health issues or injuries let me know and I can be sure to make the class accessible to your needs
Though the workouts change, through the summer we will be working through 3 specific poses each day
Mondays- Warrior 1, Warrior 2 & Warrior 3
Wednesdays- Knot, Camel & Eagle
Fridays- Pigeon, Dancer, Boat
