Physical activity should be fun so we’ll play with a variety of classes to help you discover the perfect way for you to move your body.

You don’t have to sweat through long classes to get the benefits of physical activity. The virtual classes range in length from 10-60 minutes, while the in-person classes range from 40-50 minutes.

Plus- we have three online courses available soon Foundations in Yoga Level 1, Foundations in Yoga Level 2, and Yoga with the Chair.

Non-profits and charities – We’d love to work with you on karma classes to help raise funds for your organization or serve your clientele.
