Now at 51, I have created a new list. This year’s list has 51 things I would like to accomplish before I turn 52. Some things are the same or similar to last year’s list. Some things are new. One of my new goals is to complete 12 fitness or movement challenges to move my body in new ways or to try new activities.

Systema is a Russian martial art. That may sound intense, but a lot of the practice includes breathwork, functional movement, and movement patterns.
What I like about Matt Hill’s approach is his quiet demeanour, thoughtful approach, and creating accessible content.
Now, I just need to find eleven more challenges I can try this year. What are your favourite fitness challenges online?
Currently, I am also teaching a 30-day and 60-day summer yoga challenge.
