It’s my belief this time of year is meant for slowing down, getting quiet, and being cozy. It’s a time to take a break, reset, and go within.
If we look outside, what are the trees doing? The gardens have been put to sleep for the winter. Many animals are either slowing down or hibernating. Yet, often we get busier this time of year.
This was my inspiration for creating a 12 Days of Yin workshop. Yin is a quiet, slow yoga practice where we soften and release into the poses working deep into our connective tissues. Poses are generally held for 3-5 minutes.
This course begins December 20th and all content will be available till January 4th so folks can use from the comfort of their own home and at their convenience. Each day includes two short videos. The first video will guide you through a yin yoga pose. The second videos explores nourishing and nurturing self-care ideas.
